Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in lead generation and sales support to enhance our client acquisition efforts. This role is crucial for individuals proficient in using advanced lead generation tools like Upgrade to see actual info and Loom, managing CRM systems, and developing sales content. The ideal candidate will leverage these tools to improve our sales processes, enhance customer interactions, and drive our business success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead Generation: Use Upgrade to see actual info to identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce and local service sectors, optimizing our lead generation efforts.
-CRM Management: Manage interactions with potential clients by updating and maintaining CRM systems, ensuring all communications are logged and tracked for efficiency.
-Market and Client Research: Conduct comprehensive research to better understand market trends and client needs, facilitating tailored and effective outreach strategies.
-Sales Videos Production: Work with the media team to produce compelling sales videos that highlight the advantages of our digital marketing services.
-Sales Outreach: Implement direct outreach campaigns via email, social media, and phone to engage potential clients and arrange meetings or presentations.
-Client Follow-ups: Handle follow-up communications to nurture leads and advance them through the sales pipeline.
-Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation tactics and sales outcomes, utilizing data to refine future strategies.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or related field, with strong emphasis on lead generation and CRM management.
-Proficient in using Upgrade to see actual info and Loom for lead generation and familiar with CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively.
-Skilled in multimedia production, especially video content creation and editing.
-Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and external outreach.
-Organized and capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
