JOB OVERVIEW

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Shopify Associate Manager to spearhead the management and growth of our DTC site. In this critical role, you will optimize our e-commerce platform, enhance user experience, and boost traffic, conversion, and ultimately sales. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily website operations and optimizations, crafting effective promotional strategies, and leveraging performance analytics to inform business decisions. With your deep understanding of e-commerce and a commitment to operational excellence, you will ensure that we consistently exceed customer expectations and continue to beat our business objectives.

This role is 100% remote work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, catalog taxonomy, promotions, deals and landing pages
-Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
-Design and create landing pages with the purpose of lead generation or sales conversion
-Perform ongoing A/B testing to continuously improve online shopping experience by optimizing the design and functionality of the site and increase conversion rates
-Manage SEO strategies to ensure high rankings in search engine results, implementing best practices and optimizing content and blogs with keywords, meta tags, and link-building
-Oversee the visual merchandising of products and the overall user experience, ensuring the site is user-friendly and visually appealing, with easy navigation, brand consistency, lightning-fast pagespeed and optimized checkout processes
-Use tools like Google Analytics to track visitor behavior, conversion rates, and overall site performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
-Prepare detailed reports on website performance, sales data, and marketing campaign results for stakeholders
-Test and implement new features and tools that can enhance our customers’ shopping experience
-Ensure all pages are mobile-optimized

KEY RESULTS:
-Maintain 90% or better pagespeed for desktop and 75% or better for mobile
-100?talog parity with Amazon and other ecommerce channels
-Demonstrate material sales growth driven by implemented strategies
-SEO Ranking improvements
-Positive trends in Conversion Rate, AOV and LTV, as well as control of CPA and Cart Abandonment Rates

WHO YOU ARE:
-Proven experience in affecting material growth on the Shopify channel
-Strong understanding of Shopify’s internal system, as well as e-commerce best practices
-Experience with SEO and Paid Marketing
-Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics
-Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Hungry to be a part of a rapidly growing ecommerce business and best in class team

Technical Requirements (Device):
-Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
-Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)
-Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)
