Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a motivated General Amazon VA to join our team. The selected candidate will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The selected VA will primarily be responsible for supporting the brand of Nordic Quality's affiliated businesses or business partners' operations on Amazon, such as optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and handling customer service inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- With experience in an admin role
- Experience with Amazon is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and product teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

He/ She must also have the following:
- Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
- A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
- Headphones/earphones (for meetings)

WHAT WOULD THE TASK BE?

- Manage product listings on Amazon, including optimizing product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Lurik’s supplier to ensure timely replenishment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities to improve search rankings and drive product listing traffic.
- Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotions and collaborate with our marketing and multi-media teams to boost sales and
increase brand visibility on the Amazon platform.
- Identify the most relevant influencers in the industry on major and minor social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, - - Instagram, Slickdeals, FatWallet, etc., by researching and using tools and establishing connections with influencers.
- Manages Amazon PPC (pay-per-click) ads, by utilizing the Perpetua tool.
- Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize results.
- Provide general admin assistance on Amazon seller accounts
- Slack communication tool visibility during working hours.
- Any task that will be assigned by the client that is related to his/her job title.
