Seeking Part-Time Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert

Seeking a part-time Facebook & Instagram ads expert that would be able to manage 8 client ad accounts in various industries and improve current ad performance metrics.

Your knowledge will be tested during interview :)

Must have a solid understanding of the following:

CTR
CPA
ROAS
Server Side API
CPL
URL Parameters

Must be able to understand why an ad may be poor performing and steps that can be taken to improve.

You will not be responsible for creating ad creatives (though if you possess that skill, that's a bonus!). Your primary role will be to manage ads daily Mon-Fri for local business clients in the US (8 clients total) and create new ads as necessary with new copy and images to reduce CPC or CPL.
