Key
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound calls,
Introduce SW Solution's software solutions and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
Schedule qualified appointments with interested prospects for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on SW Solution's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
