Welcome to New North, a 15-year-old marketing agency whose passion is about setting the industry standard for B2B tech marketing.

The team here all plays an important part as we pursue partnerships with more B2B tech clients than any marketing agency in the world.

We create a large volume of video content to support marketing efforts, primarily the development of video podcasts and video series for our clients, and we are looking for another video editor to support the growing team.

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
- Proficiently edit short & long-form raw videos (cutting, music layover, adding voiceovers, etc.) with tools like the Adobe Suite and Descript.
- String together various video elements into a cohesive whole (intro’s, raw video, animations, outro, etc.)
- Create short clips from longer video segments, highlighting key parts of video's for social
- Develop video element templates for new shows based on artistic direction from our Creative Director
- Ensure videos meet client specifications and guidelines provided by the account managers for clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, across different clients
- Work in a collaborative team environment, managing work across remote project management tools like ClickUp and Slack
- Continuously refine and improve editing skills through self-directed learning and professional development.
- (While not required) create high-quality motion graphic design and animations in tools like After Effects
- (While not required) edit and mix audio for video development

Any applicants should have 3+ years of professional video editing experience, have strong proficiency in English, and have a portfolio to showcase past work.
