Customer Service & Scheduling

Bee Friends Cleaners is dedicated to exceptional customer service. As a vital member of our team, you'll engage directly with customers and coordinate our cleaners' schedules. Your role includes phone, text, and email communication with clients, informed by a thorough understanding of our pricing, scheduling, and services. Additionally, you will manage the weekly schedules for our cleaners, ensuring punctuality and efficiency.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone.
-At least 2 years of experience in management, administration, or customer service within the home or commercial cleaning industry in the US or Canada.
-Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM Eastern Standard Time.
-Skilled in analyzing and managing multiple schedules, adapting to last-minute changes effectively.
-Quick thinking and responsive to various requests simultaneously.
-Complete computer set up and quiet workspace to complete this work including dedicated access in a quiet space to a reliable computer, fast internet speed, video and microphone equipment and additional monitor.

Desirable Qualifications:
-Experience with Booking Koala.
-Experience in cold calling, phone sales, or copywriting.
-Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or French (in addition to English) are helpful.
