Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Philippines-based Virtual Assistant cum Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound phone calls to prospective clients, provide them with information about the services we offer, and schedule appointments for our team to discuss their needs in greater detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to engage potential clients with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, generating interest in our services and identifying potential leads.
Provide detailed information about our services to potential clients in a clear and concise manner.
Schedule appointments for our team to discuss the needs of prospective clients in greater depth.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and client information.
Follow up with potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with our team to optimize the outreach process and continuously improve the quality of our service.
Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, email correspondence, and calendar management.
Qualifications:

Must be based in the Philippines with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a telemarketing, appointment setting, or virtual assistant role is preferred.
Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for making calls.
