Jon Position: Part-time Marketing Support Assistant(will transition to Full-time after probationary period)

We are looking for a Marketing Support Assistant who plays a pivotal role in both internal and client-facing marketing initiatives. This role involves creating and managing digital content, executing marketing strategies, and supporting the dynamic needs of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Support Assistant is crucial for enhancing the firm's online presence, engaging effectively with the community, and providing marketing tools and support for client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media and Content Creation:
• Develop and manage content for social media platforms and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic objectives.
• Create graphics and multimedia content using tools such as Canva and PowToon.

2. Website and Digital Content Management:
• Draft, edit, and optimise content for the website using WordPress, focusing on good SEO practices and online content standards.
• Manage updates, new content for website pages, and optimise images to improve the firm’s online presence.

3. Campaign and Client Project Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, business development initiatives and where required, on deliverables in client-specific projects.
• Coordinate schedules and content delivery for email marketing campaigns (eDMs) and online advertising campaigns, tracking effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.


4. Administrative and Project Coordination:
• Utilise project management tools such as Upgrade to see actual info to plan, monitor, and report on marketing activities, projects and campaign results.
• Maintain meticulous records of marketing activities and ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.

5. Communication and Reporting:
• Serve as a liaison between key IGS marketing stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on the progress and performance of marketing projects and activities, highlighting achievements and opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing support, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong capability in using digital marketing tools (Canva, WordPress) and project management software (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info).
• Excellent organisational, time management, and project tracking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on transparency and effective communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

Education:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
