Hello Designer,

We are Hiring Designers who have a Can-Do Attitude with a great Eye for Design, and are ready to dive in head first in a friendly team Centric Studio. As a Design Assistant  you will support our Creative Director, and other leaders with a diverse range of roles. We are on a hunt for a bold person, who can work alone alongside our design team of designers, to Design & Manage custom build projects. Renovations of all sizes, mainly large Luxury Properties as well as assist in developing full home interiors from Project Conceptualization to New Construction Projects. Someone who is a well-rounded, collaborative, and Experienced Designer.

Manage All Discovery Calls w/Potential Clients 
Take Messages 
Catch All Emails Direct All Messages & DM's
Confirm All Consult Calls Appts
Oversee Online Orders
Assist w/Client Take-In Assist Designers w/Online Package Order Deliverables
Schedule Consults Call Appts for Principal Designer Arrange & Manage Studio Calendar
Follow up Calls
Direct Client Claims 
Manage Director Calendar 

Studio Designer Responsibility: 
Assist in conducting research and gathering information on design trends, materials, and products that will be of an interest to the studio. Maintain the design sample library and organize the samples ensuring that all materials are current and up to date. Assist in preparing design presentations, consult Appts, and finish samples for design presentation. Sourcing images, design files, and creating mood boards.

Other Required Responsibility:
As a designer assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth interval operation of our design studio while assisting with décor related sourcing, documentation, tracking, and also with our online store. As our designer assistant you will be contributing to all stages of the design development, help to assist "As Needed" with 2d/3d Renderings, working draw sketch packages, and working closely with the team to complete various deliverables. 

Required Strengths: 
Excellent efficiency and time management skills. Self starter responsible and highly motivated. Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy. Highly organized and productive. Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to draft clear, and concise correspondence. Ability to multi task. Polished and professional demeanor.

Qualifications and/or Experience Preferred:
Post - Secondary Education in the Field of Interior Design and/or Currently Pursing a Degree in Interior Design/Diploma in Interior Decorator. Prior Minimum 1- 2 yrs. of Experience as a Interior Designer in a Similar Role or relevant coursework in Interior Design is "Preferred Not Required"  Proficient in Various Software Programs such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop, Sketchup is a Bonus Strong Attention to Detail and Organization Skills Effective Communication Skills Ability to Work Both Independently and Collaboratively in a Team.

Monday thru Thursday
9am to 5pm (CST)
Paid Position!!! "Some Positions has a Flex Schedule" 
Salary + (Benefits): TBD
