JOB OVERVIEW

* We are a business that serves nonprofits and charities.

Specifically, we work with nonprofit CEOs, founders, directors, staff, and boards to assist with fundraising, marketing and communications, training, strategy and planning.

We are looking for someone to assist with the following:

Content Curation and Scheduling:
- Research and curate relevant articles, blog posts, infographics, and videos related to our industry or niche.
- Schedule posts using a social media management tool like Buffer to ensure consistent sharing throughout the week.
- Optimize posting times based on our audience's activity and engagement patterns.

Community Engagement:
- Monitor our LinkedIn notifications for comments, likes, and messages on our posts.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, thanking people for likes, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Proactively engage with other relevant LinkedIn posts by commenting thoughtfully and sharing insights to increase our visibility and network.

Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Identify potential leads by utilizing LinkedIn's search filters to find individuals or companies that match our target audience criteria.
- Send personalized connection requests to prospects, including a brief introduction explaining why connecting would be beneficial for them.
- Follow up with new connections through direct messages, offering value or insights related to their interests or needs.

Content Creation:
- Collaborate with our CEO to brainstorm and create original content tailored for LinkedIn, such as articles, thought leadership posts, or visual content like infographics.
- Draft compelling captions and headlines that resonate with our target audience and encourage engagement.
- Utilize multimedia elements like images, videos, and SlideShares to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our posts.

Analytics Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance metrics such as post reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, and follower growth using LinkedIn Analytics or third-party tools.
- Compile weekly reports summarizing the performance of our LinkedIn activities and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights from analytics to refine our content strategy and optimize future campaigns for better results.

Networking and Relationship Building:
- Identify industry influencers, potential collaborators, and thought leaders within our niche.
- Reach out to them with personalized messages expressing admiration for their work and proposing ways to collaborate or engage.
- Actively participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions, contributing valuable insights and establishing our brand as a knowledgeable and trustworthy member of the community.

The right professional has experience with LinkedIn, lead generation and appointment setting and can show proof of success. In addition, must be highly efficient with their time and writing skills*

We will be hiring the professional for a two month trial period to start with an opportunity to extend if successful.
