We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon stores , as well as expertise in social media content creation, SEO optimization and blog writing. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the growth and success of Purple Kitty.

Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain Shopify and Amazon stores, including product listings , inventory management ,and order processing.
2.Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram , Facebook ,X ,and TikTok.
3. Create compelling and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos , and captions.
4. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
5. Write engaging and informative blog posts related to our products, industry trends , and customer interests.
6.Assist with customer inquires and provide exceptional support to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

1.Previous experience working with Amazon and Shopify platforms .
2. Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
3.Strong understanding ofSEO principles and techniques.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6.Self -motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
7.Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and trends is a plus.
