High Caliber VA with Customer Service and Sales Experience

We’re a close-knit team of 20+ at KC Power Clean, and we’re on the hunt for a full-time, high-caliber Virtual Assistant (VA) with sales experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on reaching out to clients, making a close, and is familiar with sales or has previously supported a sales team.

Your Role includes (but is not limited to):

- Handle all inbound calls and emails
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Collect basic information and transfer it to our sales team/project managers
- Make quote follow-ups and perform random tasks on Jobber (CRM)

What We’re Looking For:

- A fast learner who’s quick to take action and with great attention to detail
- Previous sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM is an advantage
- Clear and effective communication skills
- A voice that can attract customers (think DJ voice!)
- Ability to record accurate information while listening to the customer and asking probing questions
- A completed Hirebus survey
