Job Title: Operations Manager for a Real Estate Investment Company
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic real estate investment company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of virtual assistants, ensuring efficient lead closing and offering strategic guidance to optimize the company's performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of 4 virtual assistants responsible for cold calling, text messaging marketing, dispositions, and acquisitions.
2. Document each employee's process and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure real estate leads are being closed efficiently.
3. Troubleshoot software and understand technology thoroughly to optimize it and train future tea
4. Keep track of the team's KPIs and monitor attendance and performance of employees.
5. Update the owners with the progress of leads and deals while offering strategic guidance on how best to optimize the company's performance.
6. Function as a brainstorming partner, actively participating in decision-making processes and contributing innovative ideas.
7. Ensure all tasks are completed promptly and accurately, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
8. Maintain open and transparent communication with tea
9. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Supervisory experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of virtual assistants.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and other technical issues.
3. Familiarity with real estate industry concepts and terminology is preferred, but not required.
4. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and apply them to real-world situations.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, such as Google Sheets.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
9. A high level of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
10. Willingness to commit to long-term employment and growth within the company.
