Following up on home service appointment leads for home services through platforms such as Meta, Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack networks, Home Depot, Nextdoor, and others.
Providing amazing customer service to interested customers
Setting appointments for locations across the country

Qualifications:
2+ years of online customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
High attention to detail
Experience utilizing home service platforms such as Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack networks, Home Depot, Nextdoor a plus
