Must have Gaming Computer with High spec. We don't want to hear about slow Regen excuses. Please review requirements:

1. High Spec Gaming Computer or High spec video editing computer
2. More than 3 years Video editing experience on YouTube. Please provide samples of Viral content you made
for clients on Youtube.
3. Editors with their own channels get priority
4. Must understand the 15s video rule. If your videos fail the 15 second rule. Don't even apply. (15 second rule is an engaging video from the very first second. Logos or boring intros should NOT be in the first 15s. If you create a video that waste the viewers time in the first 5 seconds. Its game over... they will leave.
5. Rate must match the quality and viral potential of your video editing. Rate is $2 for newbies and up to 10$ per hour if you can produce viral content and have your own channel to prove it. Must understand YT SEO analytics.
6. Our best video is a YT shorts with 1.5 Million views. If you charge a high rate, make sure your videos can produce views.
7. We are willing to hire a newbie that already has a strong foundation at the newbie rate. We are willing to train the right person.
8. If you are an Expert and charge a high rate. Your video editing and content presentation better be good. Don't ask for $10 per hour if your videos are NOT even viral and you don't even have your own channel with millions of views.
