We have 3 great brands and are selling on Amazon US, Amazon UK, and Amazon EU (plus a few more).

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Amazon virtual assistant to join our team and take charge of various tasks related to stocks, inventory management, warehouse and shipment coordination.

Responsibilities:

Forecast restocking in warehouse.
Communicating with suppliers to obtain order schedules and follow up on production timelines.
Organizing shipments efficiently and coordinating logistics schedules.
Booking shipments and overseeing smooth transportation operations.
Receiving and verifying packing lists and commercial invoices from suppliers.
Cross-checking received documents against purchase orders for accuracy.
Providing updates to the team regarding shipment contents and estimated arrival dates at the warehouse.

Requirements:

Preferably with Amazon experience on Private Label FBA, Stocks, Logistics, Warehouse, Shipment or Bookkeeping.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics processes.
