Senior Level Accountant

We are a General Contractor specializing in franchise construction projects in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced accountant that will help reorganize our bookkeeping system and implement new accounting systems to solve for existing inefficiencies. Some of the tasks are as follows:

• Review the accounting procedures and recommend improvements
• Understand business needs through regular interaction and recommend financial solutions accordingly
• Guide and motivate the Accounting team to enhance productivity and revenue
• Create financial projections and explain complex financial information clearly
• Implement a purchase order system for project contracts
• Capable of working with Project Managers and the Accounting team
• With extensive construction experience

Qualifications and Skills:
• QuickBooks Expert
• 8+ Year's of Accounting Experience
• Experience in implementing new accounting systems and developing accounting strategies
• Past work experience in a construction company; in the U.S. is a plus
• Extensive construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on actively listening to and understanding business needs
• Ethical behavior
• Attention to detail
