The applicant must be extremely up-to-date in the areas of SEO, must constantly be learning about the area and must have recent, intimate knowledge and experience with Google's ranking algorithm.

We have been burnt too many times, hence we offer no fixed payment. Instead we will pay you a decent commission for every one of our target keywords that you have ranked in Google's US search results. Commissions are fair, and our keywords are well chosen, competition is acceptable.
