The objective of this job:

Wear multiple hats with excellence as a General Virtual Assistant. Blend executive assistance, marketing flair, customer empathy, and social media expertise to exceed expectations across diverse tasks. Be the proactive glue that keeps the team and brand thriving.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline workflows, manage calendars, and anticipate needs, ensuring your team operates at peak performance.
• Master executive support, tackle diverse tasks, and proactively solve problems, exceeding expectations and keeping things running smoothly.
• Be the friendly voice and efficient problem-solver, resolving inquiries through multiple channels and leaving smiles in your wake.
• Anticipate needs, gather feedback, and identify potential issues, ensuring smooth sailing for our valued customers.
• Craft engaging content, manage social media, and analyze campaigns, amplifying our message and reaching new audiences.
• From research to execution, handle diverse tasks like competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking, driving impactful results.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer support experience
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with social media management
