Social Media / SEO marketing

This is a part-time or full-time (dependent on tasks/work load) position for a social media / SEO marketing position.

Our company, Progressive Management, is based in Southern California where we manage rental properties and associations. There is a team of 15 onsite teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, 10+ remote teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and 20+ independent contractors in the area we work.

The job responsibilities of the position include:
- Managing social media accounts across all platforms (instagram, facebook, etc) for multiple sub-groups: property management, association management, real estate.
- Creating blog posts for property management and association management websites
- Creating social media posts for available properties, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, tips and info, and more.
- Other tasks as pertains to the role and position

The position:
- full-time or part-time position (dependent on applicants and work load)
- working PST of 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexible hours are possible)
- 30 min - 1 hour break
- 10 days of vacation / paid time off (not including US Holidays which are included)
- 13th month bonus
- starting paying of $6.00 - $7.00 USD/hr (depending on experience)
- Pay raise after 2 month evaluation and review.

What we are looking for...
- fluent English speaking
- able to work during PST of 8:30am - 5:00pm
- ideal but not required to have knowledge of property management or association management
