ABOUT THE ROLE

The Copywriter role at Selfmastered involves writing short-form and long-form copy to support the company’s marketing efforts. This comprises landing pages, YT scripts and social media posts, always consistent with the Selfmastered brand.

The Copywriter will have strong support from the beginning, with ongoing coaching and ad-hoc training, to ensure high performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct competitor analysis, research, and keyword searches for YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram content.
- Write engaging YouTube video scripts.
- Develop compelling copywritten material, including email sequences, posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as blog posts consistent with the Selfmastered brand.
- Ensure all written materials uphold the company's commitment to excellence, accuracy, and purpose.
- Maintain a consistent and impactful voice across all written communications.
- Embrace extreme ownership of assigned tasks, working collaboratively within the Selfmastered team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in writing scripts for YouTube videos, with familiarity in YouTube content creation.
- Previous experience in copywriting and creating content for social media aligned with a brand's voice.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work, demonstrating a strong grasp of written language, and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research and data analytics.
- In-depth understanding of the concepts of personal development, psychology and entrepreneurship.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Proven ability to work efficiently without compromising the quality of written content.
