TELEMARKETER

Job Summary: Responsible for initiating sales calls to potential clients with the aim of promoting our services. The primary objective will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and ultimately secure sales through persuasive communication over the phone.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
Present our services to potential clients and answer their questions.
Generate and qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for achieving sales goals.
Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability to work any shift schedule
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to make calls.
Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
