Efficient Email and SMS Automation Copywriter | Klaviyo

We're seeking a talented copywriter with a passion for crafting persuasive email and SMS automations and campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Strong copywriting fundamentals: Impeccable grammar, a compelling writing style, and the ability to adapt to various brand voices.

Email & SMS Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and what drives conversions.
Efficiency and Output: The ability to work within defined structures (like Klaviyo) to produce high-quality copy quickly.
Research and Customization: Excellent reading/research skills to tailor messaging to specific clients and target audiences.
AI: We believe that tools like ChatGPT & Gemini can be leveraged to improve the speed of your writing. If you have a strong understanding of how to work with these tools to your advantage while also keep the copy on brand and authentic, it is a plus.
Work hours: The ability to work 20 hours a week to begin, and with growth, promote to full time 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Write clear, concise, and engaging email and SMS automation sequences.
Develop persuasive subject lines and calls-to-action that drive clicks and conversions.
Collaborate with our team to ensure all copy aligns with client brand guidelines.
Conduct research to understand client needs and target audiences.
Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and techniques.

Qualifications:
[Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred, but not essential]
Proven experience in email copywriting. Portfolio samples are a must.
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms is a plus.
