The ideal candidate has:
Diploma/degree in graphic design, communication, design, fine arts, or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge in relevant software (Figma, Adobe’s Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Figma/or Sketch, After Effects /other video editing software) Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, visual design, layout, typography, and UI/UX.
Up-to-date experience with web protocols, standards, and technologies. (Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus).

Proficiency in Figma is a must.
Possesses excellent organizational skills, demonstrating a track record of effective prioritization.
Takes pride in their work, displaying meticulous attention to detail in both creative production and project management.
Exhibits problem-solving abilities and a self-driven approach to mastering new technologies.
Works seamlessly as a team player, excelling in both collaborative and independent work environments.

What you’ll do:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

Brand Alignment: Work closely with the Brand Director to develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity, ensuring that all design materials align with brand guidelines.

Project Management: Oversee the design process for various projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.

Design Production: Be actively involved in the design process, creating visual assets and graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media, packaging, and more
