JOB OVERVIEW

Are you organized and excel at communication? We need a Scheduling and Administrative Assistant to manage our calendar, ensuring our podcasts are recorded and meetings are set without a hitch. With a key role in our team, you’ll make sure everything’s locked in and runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate our team's schedule for recordings and meetings.
Serve as the go-to for internal and external communications.
Keep schedules up to date.
Ensure seamless info flow between teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients.
Be available during US PST business hours, and responsive on WhatsApp and email.

We Need Someone Who:

Has excellent English skills for clear communication.
Can juggle multiple schedules and tasks.
Is proactive and can anticipate and adapt to changes.
Is familiar with Google calendar
Can work PST hours and stay connected via WhatsApp and email.

We have 2 teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who are mostly hands off, and prefer not to dare I say, cooperate with taking initiative and action on scheduling. One of them in particular is very difficult to manage. He has a short temper and must be pestered frequently to communicate with us to lock in dates for important business. How might you handle someone like that?
