ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Data Analyst & Billing Admin who can work directly with our VP of Finance and will help execute customer invoicing, compliance reporting, business analysis, along with other administrative tasks. Please note that this role is an individual contributor role and is NOT client facing.

Responsibilities include:
Manage all customer invoicing (send invoices, confirm info w sales team as needed, ensure billing accuracy)
Field customer billing inquiries via email
Monthly transaction monitoring analysis (identify any potentially fraudulent transactions)
Monthly commissions tracking / calculations
Quarterly revenue share analysis (determine revenue generated by customers using particular CRM)
Conduct ad hoc excel analysis and administrative support as needed

Qualifications we look for include:
3+ years experience in customer invoicing/AR and/or business analysis
3+ years regularly using excel (comfortable with formulas such as index match, filters/sorting, pivot tables)
Extremely detail-oriented and quantitative by nature
Takes ownership over areas of focus / requires little oversight
Strong work ethic and discipline
Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9am - 6pm MST
Great internet connection with zero noticeable latency (50+ mbps speed)
