Apex Laboratories, a rapidly growing men's health supplement e-commerce brand under the Malaberg Group umbrella, is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Social Media Manager to join our team.

Our mission is to elevate our online engagement with customers and prospects through compelling content, engaging storytelling, and interactive campaigns on platforms like Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Your Role:
- Plan and Execute Social Media Campaigns and Calendar: Strategize and implement social media campaigns, and develop a content calendar for regular posting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to either co-create or independently edit content for regular updates. Collaborate with our creative team, copywriters, and ambassadors to plan the content calendar for upcoming shoots and events.
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop a content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals, brand initiatives, and promotional schedules. Produce and curate a variety of content types (posts, videos, stories, etc.) that resonate with our target demographics.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize our social media presence. Report on return on investment (ROI) and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and growth.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices to ensure our content remains relevant, innovative, and sets the pace.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work in partnership with our marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that are in line with our overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms - (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Adept at content creation and editing tools (like CapCut, Canva, Captions and other), with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools, able to translate insights into action.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or projects.
