As a Project Manager at LLama Loan, you'll play a vital role in driving our mission forward by overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards in line with our commitment to transparent and trustworthy financial partnerships.
Lead project teams, assign tasks, and foster collaboration to achieve goals supporting small businesses in overcoming challenges and managing cash flow effectively.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
Allocate resources efficiently, monitor project budgets, and optimize costs to maximize the impact of our financial solutions for small businesses.
Implement quality assurance measures and mitigate project risks effectively, reflecting our dedication to delivering reliable and innovative financial services.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects in the finance or related industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a commitment to transparency and integrity in financial services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, coupled with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Certification/s is a plus.
