Job Description and Responsibilities:

Someone who has a passion for history and storytelling, with the ability to engage audiences through compelling content.

Conduct in-depth research on various historical subjects and occurrences to compile precise and captivating information that resonates with our audience.
Verify the information from multiple sources to confirm its accuracy.
Craft compelling and concise scripts tailored specifically for our Social Media audience, skillfully balancing informative content with entertainment value to ensure maximum engagement.
Collaborate closely with our publisher and editor team to maintain consistency in style and align each script with the content strategy.
Incorporate constructive feedback from our team to refine and enhance the clarity, coherence, and impact of the scripts, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards
Responsible for turning in approximately 10+ stories a week, adhering to strict deadlines, and effectively managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills to deliver exceptional results consistently.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the realm of history, remaining proactive in researching and integrating fresh and relevant insights into our scripts to captivate our audience’s interest.





Requirements:

Must be able to work during US time (PST).


Proven experience as a storyteller demonstrated through a compelling portfolio highlighting your ability to engage and captivate audiences.
Excellent research skills, coupled with a meticulous approach to historical accuracy and detail. Verify the information from multiple sources to confirm its accuracy.
Able to work with various AI tools to craft and create the audio voice-over narrative to produce a story.
Deep passion and expertise in both US and international history, enabling you to distill complex subjects into accessible and engaging content.
Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities, exemplified by mastering grammar, punctuation, and narrative structure.
Familiarity with Social media content format, including proficiency in crafting video scripts and captivating captions.
Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative remote team settings.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring consistent meeting of deadlines.
Openness to feedback and a proactive attitude towards refining and enhancing scripts based on input from the editing team.
Able to attend weekly meetings to review the stories with the team.
The ability to edit and use Inveedio AI is a plus.
