Customer Service Rep (Filipino Applicants only)

Looking for a full-time customer service representative to complete the following (basic training will be provided):

Answer phone for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Customers
Schedule customers in CRM (we work in Service Fusion and Hubspot)

Email customer and internal team for updates on customers
Familiar with reading maps for scheduling jobs

Who are we looking for:

Speaks English very well
Trainable (you will need to learn air conditioning and plumbing)
Willing to work Monday - Friday between 8a-5a CST (eventually 4p-midnight CST); the weekend shift is available to earn extra hours
Problem solver
