IT Systems Engineer - Project Team

We are a small, people-first technology consulting firm with a focus on helping others win. We're looking for a seasoned IT Project Engineer who is passionate about driving projects to success and mentoring the next generation of tech talent.

What You'll Do:
- Complete complex IT projects with a focus on 365/Azure/Entra technologies
- Manage, identify, and deploy solutions across our clients' 365/Azure/Entra ecosystems,
- Execute SharePoint Migrations from on prem and cloud solutions and show a strong understanding of the SharePoint environment.
- Execute migrations from on-prem Active Diectory to Entra Active Directory
- Utilize your strong teaching skills to mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Employ your strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and project alignment.

The following experience and skills are extremely beneficial:
- Proficiency in ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, and ITGlue
- Expertise in large-scale automation and deployment platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of business continuity systems.
- Skilled in managing both Windows workstations and servers.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for both iOS and Android devices.
- PowerShell development including testing and deployment of scripts.

What You'll Bring (required skills)
- Proven experience in Azure/Entra, and managing the M365 ecosystem.
- Expertise in SharePoint migrations and management.
- Experience in on prem to cloud migrations
- Strong understanding of Entra identity management
- Experience using InTune to manage endpoint posture
- A knack for teaching and mentorship, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Working hours are from 8 am Central time to 5 pm Central time
