We are a US-based custom manufacturing company, and we are looking for dedicated and loyal individuals that can contribute to our goals. We are looking for individuals who Embodies Our Core Values, Serve Others and Own It!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: Recruitment, Benefit Administration, etc.
• Perform recruiting duties for open positions, duties include initiating requisitions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating staffing needs. Find, engage and activate candidates on recruitment platforms. Maintain an active presence in professional groups to develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals. Send recruitment and follow up communications (phone and email) with potential candidates.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Administers pre-employment druid test, background checks for all employees.
• Onboarding: Prepares and distributes offer letters and new hire paperwork for all new employees.
• Seeks clarification and obtains missing information, when necessary, before processing on employee records.
• Responds to routine questions from employees and applicants.
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and upon request.


QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior knowledge of standard HR practices and recruitment.
• Must be highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Problem-solve, consensus building, high attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
• Excellent project management skills; 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant field.
