What you will do:

Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
Support management’s decision-making process by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
Identify benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements.
Inform employees of benefit usage by preparing and distributing benefit reports.
Manage benefits staff by coaching, counseling, and mentoring employees.
Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as directed.
Lead special projects and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with:

6-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with 2-3 years in a people manager capacity.
Proficiency in HR systems.
Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislation.
Experience in MS Office.
Excellent conflict resolution skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
