JOB OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for assisting the sales and marketing teams in operational and administration
duties to improve workflow and increase revenue and brand awareness.

Work from home for a Sydney based Australian Company.

Full time role 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Sydney time, which is 2Hrs in front of Manilla time, and 3Hrs in front when its Daylight Savings time).

Must have very strong English writing and speaking skills. If you can provide a short 30 second video introducing yourself, it will be advantageous in strengthening your application to be shortlisted for an initial interview.

The role does include booking travel arrangements, so if you've worked as a travel agent, or supported a travel agent, this would also be of benefit.

Specific Duties:
• Generate and maximise new business opportunities through supporting the sales team and
marketing team as required
• Attend networking and media events or expos in Australia and other international markets
as required
• Research potential prospects for new partnerships
• Supervise the production of brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos,
photographs etc
• Drafting, editing and distributing correspondence, documents and presentations for the
Director
• Efficiently managing incoming emails and calls, including responses
• Monitor, prioritise and file incoming correspondence on behalf of the Director
• Handle confidential information whilst employing appropriate discretion
• Customer service and helpfulness, along with a happy & positive outlook
• Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management
• Working with international ground operators to ensure all passengers information is
accurate
• Reconfirming all services prior to travel and checking in on all travelling parties for quality
control.
