We're currently seeking an Appointment Setter who will play a crucial role in introducing our property management services to prospective clients through initial phone calls. We're on the lookout for someone with exceptional communication and sales abilities, coupled with a basic understanding of the property industry, especially in short-term rentals (don't worry, we'll provide training!). The primary aim during these calls is to ask pertinent questions to gauge if the potential client aligns with our target market criteria and to secure a presentation slot for our short-term rental property management services at their convenience.
Here's a breakdown of what the role entails:
Engaging in introductory calls with potential clients to delve into our short-term rental property management offerings.
Assessing potential client suitability by probing into their property ownership, rental track record, and requirements.
Leveraging your knowledge of the property sector and short-term rentals to deliver our services convincingly and compellingly.
Booking presentation appointments that suit the potential client's schedule.
Now, onto what we're looking for in an ideal candidate:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in either sales or customer service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic familiarity with short-term rentals and the property domain.
The knack for spotting potential clients and effectively pitching our services.
Strong ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
