As a Virtual Marketing Coordinator at Laurie Finkelstein Reader, you will take on an important supporting role within our marketing department, executing various tasks and projects to drive our marketing strategies forward. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative campaigns, enhance our online presence, and deliver exceptional experiences for our agents and clients. This is a remote, full-time position working 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
*This is a virtual position, and compensation is between $6-$8 per hour based on experience

The right candidate for this position is extremely organized, a self-starter, experienced in handling many projects simultaneously, and comfortable meeting deadlines and working on various projects.
Responsibilities:
Design images, social media posts,
Create high-quality written and visual content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
Schedule content and post content on 13 social media platforms, and manually post content on each platform, depending on the needs.
Craft compelling copy for marketing materials,
Ensure all written content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
Edit and proofread content to maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guidelines.
Assist in executing
Analyze
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Provide marketing support to real estate agents, including creating customized marketing materials and fulfilling requests.
Facilitate communication and coordination between agents and the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Design visually appealing presentations and materials for internal and external meetings, presentations, and events.
Maintain organized files, databases, and systems to manage marketing assets, contacts, and resources.
Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize team productivity and project delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications preferred
3+ years of marketing experience, focusing on copywriting, content development,
Proven track record of driving results through strategic planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, AdobeSuite, Mailchimp, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for various marketing channels and audiences.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
