We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Insurance Agent in managing daily operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointment setting, client follow-up, calendar management, and providing real-time assistance to the agent. Additionally, the role involves customer service tasks, including handling leads, addressing inquiries, and managing escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and manage the agent's calendar efficiently.
Follow up with clients to ensure they have received their insurance cards and address any concerns or queries promptly.
Assist in answering leads and providing information to the agent in real-time.
Take messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate tea
Handle customer service escalation calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide customers with relevant contact information for customer service queries and support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
Proficiency in calendar management tools and MS Office Suite.
