Asana Project Manager

The Contractor shall provide virtual assistance and project management services to the Company during
the day for EST timezone. The services shall include, but are not limited to:
a. Provide client on-boarding and support efficiently and professionally.
b. Manage team, tasks and projects within the Asana project management software.
c. Communicate effectively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers via Google Meet video calls, email and Asana.
d. Adhere to all deadlines set by the Company and ensure timely completion of tasks.
e. Maintain confidentiality regarding all information and materials related to the Company and its clients.
Equipment and Tools:
The Contractor shall provide their own computer, internet connection, and any other necessary equipment or tools required to perform the services outlined in this Agreement.
Independent Contractor Status:
The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, insurance, and other expenses related to their services.
