Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Web Designer & Funnel Builder with a strong background in Shopify and Replo to create engaging designs and effective sales funnels that enhance user experience and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases their expertise in creating compelling online experiences.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement website designs and sales funnels that align with our brand's vision and conversion goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the customer journey and increase sales funnel effectiveness.
Utilize Shopify and Replo to their fullest capabilities, ensuring a seamless integration of design elements across our e-commerce platform.
Conduct ongoing website and funnel testing, analyzing performance data to make informed design adjustments.
Ensure designs are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, e-commerce strategies, and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in web design, specifically with experience using Shopify and Replo.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful web design projects and sales funnels.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work on your own time, with availability during at least 4 hours of EST work hours (9 AM to 5 PM) daily.
Compensation:
The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $13, supplemented by a performance-based incentive program to reward outstanding contributions to our digital growth.
