Job Description: Outreach and Sales Representative


Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Outreach and Sales Representative. This role is pivotal in our ambassador program's growth, focusing on expanding our network by reaching out to potential ambassadors through cold messaging. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional lead generation skills and is proficient in leveraging Instagram as a primary outreach platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through strategic outreach efforts via Instagram direct messaging.
- Initiate conversations with prospective ambassadors to introduce our ambassador program and its benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our brand and ambassador program to encourage sign-ups.
- Maintain a high level of activity to achieve monthly outreach targets and drive program enrollment.
- Develop and nurture relationships with ambassadors to foster long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and optimize messaging for maximum effectiveness.
- Track and report on outreach performance metrics, including conversion rates and ambassador acquisition.

Bonus Compensation Structure:
- Bonus compensation is tied to the number of first orders received each month, providing additional incentive for driving sales.
- Bonus amounts are as follows:
- 1 order: 231.54 PHP
- 2 orders: 463.08 PHP
- 3 orders: 694.62 PHP
- 5 orders: 1157.70 PHP
- 10 orders: 2315.40 PHP
- 15 orders: 3473.10 PHP
- 20 orders: 4630.80 PHP
- 25 orders: 5788.50 PHP
- 30 orders: 6946.20 PHP

Compensation and Growth Opportunities:
- Base salary starts at 14,471.25 PHP.
- Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on performance.
- Top performers have the potential to earn an average of 25 to 30 orders per month, with the potential for even higher earnings during peak seasons.
- Example: If you achieve 30 orders in one month, your total salary would be 21,417.45 PHP (14,471.25 PHP base salary + 6,946.20 PHP bonus).

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, outreach, or customer acquisition roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential ambassadors effectively.
- Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms for outreach purposes.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
