Responsibilities:
Define, build and implement process in HubSpot’s Sales Hub, including:
- Prospecting dashboard, leads
- Playbooks
- Coaching playlists
- Sequences
Develop time-saving workflows to streamline data entry and administrative tasks from the Sales Development Representative (SDR) to the Account Executive (AE). Establishing the following:
- Proper way to load and assign leads to SDRs
- Process on promoting leads from SDR to AE SDR
- Process on accepting leads as SQL by the AE (credit to SDR)?
- Process on keeping the SDR connected to the company /contact for credit on closed business
Set-up essential tools, workflows, and reporting processes
Recommend, create, and implement profiles with security privileges and data access
Recommend and document routine data cleanup and maintenance procedures - aka fix phone number formatting
Implement multiple domains for sending outbound
Implement contact forms, routing, and notifications for websites and landing pages
Recommend and document processes for shared inboxes and ticket management
Recommend and implement sales stages based on our business needs
Create reporting dashboards for sales opportunities and forecasting with recurring revenue contracts
Leverage HubSpot's Sales Hub for team performance and productivity
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience in sales operations
Deep understanding of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities in Sales Hub
Ability to create and streamline processes in sales operations
Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar CRM role
Highly skilled and motivated in both administrative and technology duties
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
