The Opportunity
As a Loss Prevention Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of theft investigators or theft validators within the Loss Prevention Department. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the team.
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Shifting schedule; may require occasional hours in the Eastern time zone

- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of theft investigators or theft validators.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the team, focusing on the identification and reporting of theft iUpgrade to see actual info within micro markets.
- Strategy Implementation: Implement and oversee loss prevention strategies and initiatives to effectively catch micro market thefts, mitigating theft risks and minimizing losses for our customers.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed to achieve departmental objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in theft iUpgrade to see actual info identification and reporting processes.
- Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and professional development opportunities to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, management, and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to loss prevention activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions as appropriate.

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
- Willing to work 40 hours Eastern Standard Time
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional hours in US time zones.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in the workplace
- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
