The Opportunity
As a Loss Prevention Operations Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency. Your role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead a team. This position will report to the Loss Prevention Director.

You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of business-critical workflows, developing specifications/guidelines and resolving escalations.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives to create/change operational workflows to support new product and policy launches.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to strategic projects to drive internal quality and efficiency metrics and execute with cross-functional teams.


Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
- Willing to work 40 hours Eastern Standard Time
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets
- Data-driven collaborative approach with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional hours in US time zones.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in the workplace.
- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
