Senior Fullstack Web Developer

Our company, The Gift Group is looking for a skilled Senior Fullstack Web Developer to join our team of creators who are consistently raising the bar for web user experience. Working behind the scenes, the ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise, insatiable curiosity, and analytical mindset.
As a Senior Fullstack Web Developer, your role encompasses overseeing both backend and frontend development operations for our websites. You'll be tasked with resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring the seamless functioning of our online platforms. Additionally, your responsibilities extend to managing and efficiently distributing tasks among fellow web developers, making sure that other developers are accomplishing their tasks in a timely manner, and following directives from the head web developer and management.

Required skills and qualifications:
-Solid grounding in computer science, algorithms, and web design
-Proficient in developing highly secure web applications
- Experience in developing on Shopify is a must.
- Capability to provide guidance and oversee the management of a compact team. This involves the ability to offer direction, coordinate efforts, and effectively lead a group of individuals to achieve shared goals. The individual should be adept at managerial responsibilities, ensuring that the team operates cohesively and efficiently under their guidance.
- Exhibits a high level of proficiency in the English language. Whether in written or verbal communication, their proficiency in English enhances their ability to convey information accurately and engage effectively in various professional contexts.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills, demonstrating a proficiency in effectively conveying thoughts, ideas, and information.
- Should excel in facilitating collaboration, ensuring that teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are well-informed and aligned with project objectives.
- In the event of an emergency, the ability to respond promptly and effectively is a critical requirement for this role.
- Must be able to work between 9am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time (5 days a week)
