We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an All-Around Real Estate Virtual Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our valued real estate clients. This includes managing client communications, scheduling appointments, coordinating property showings, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communications through
Schedule appointments and coordinate property showings
Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and managing social media accounts and
Conduct research on real estate market trends and provide recommendations to the team
Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management
Provide support for any other duties as assigned by the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices
It is highly preferred to have Follow Up Boss experience.?
