Are you a headhunter who loves challenges? Then we have a job for you!

Our client owns a thriving consulting firm that works closely with the Australian government, specializing in finding top talents to fulfil crucial job positions.

In this part-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting his consulting endeavours. While he handles candidate discussions and negotiations, you will focus on the crucial processes that precede these interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Job Position Search
Act as a third-party agency in searching for job positions required by the Australian government (e.g., UX Designer, Accountant).

-Contract Arrangement:
Assist in arranging contracts with the government once a job position is identified and secured.

-Recruitment Support:
Support the client in recruiting talents by updating and managing a candidate database.
Utilize headhunting techniques, checking various job portals for potential candidates.

-LinkedIn Recruiter:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter (experience is advantageous) for targeted candidate searches and networking.

-Candidate Communication:
Communicate with potential candidates, ensuring information such as emails and contact numbers are accurate.

-Data Collection:
Collect and organize data to support recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.

-CV Updates:
Assist in updating and maintaining candidate CVs to present accurate and relevant information.

-CRM Management:
Take charge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.

BENEFITS:

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
-4 weeks of paid holidays and Sick Leave
