JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our Real Estate Photography & Videography business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly in image re-touching, and possess excellent communication skills in English. This role requires a combination of administrative tasks, data entry, quality control, and email management to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Perform image re-touching and editing using Adobe Suite to enhance the quality of real estate photographs and videos.

- Conduct data entry tasks to input and manage client information, scheduling, and project details accurately.

- Assist with administrative duties such as organizing files, managing documents, and maintaining databases.

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all visual content meets our high standards of excellence and accuracy.

- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.

- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the business operations.


Working hours will be very light & easy to begin, as we are a new business that are growing each month. As we grow, so will your hours, pay, and you!
