JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
As a Financial Analysis / Client Relations / Social Media Content Creator VA, your primary responsibility is to:
1) Perform financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities w/ the direction of CEO
2) Support clients in maintaining positive relationships and providing exceptional service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
3) Support business in managing their social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and implementing social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, valuation models, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations.
Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on properties, including market research, property inspections, lease analysis, and financial statement review.
Risk Assessment: Identify and analyze potential risks associated with real estate investments, including market risk, financial risk, and operational risk.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives, and proactively anticipating opportunities to add value.
Account Management: Manage client accounts, including maintaining accurate records, updating contact information, and tracking interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, visual graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, tailored to the client's target audience and brand voice.
Content Curation: Research industry trends, relevant news, and user-generated content to curate compelling posts and keep social media channels fresh and up-to-date.
Scheduling and Publishing: Use social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) to schedule and publish posts across various platforms according to content calendars and posting schedules.
