1. Are a college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. Have prior experience with general and financial accounting
3. Are proficient in QuickBooks Desktop (priority) and other related software
4. Can communicate with customers to coordinate about their transactions
The responsibilities you will have include…
1. Maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, and overseeing financial and accounting operations for our remittance service.
2. Tracking customer payments and processing invoices and transaction records for our services.
3. Recording company expenses and creating weekly and monthly financial statements for the company.
4. Communicating with customers through social media, chat, call, and
5. Accomplishing ad-hoc administrative tasks for our various services.
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week
Expected Shifts: 10-7PM / 11-8PM Japan Standard Time (JST)
Company Holidays: December 31, January 1, 2, 3
